You can call me Vera. I'm 21 years old and living in California. This is a blog dedicated to the years I have spent (and continue spending!) shaping my body from a beautiful sea of fat to a fantastic sculpted mountain of muscle. I am recovering from EDNOS and will not follow any pro-ana blogs and ask that they stay far away. I'm also a nutrition/food science major who plans on becoming a Registered Dietitian in the next few years.

Though this blog is related to my health and fitness journey, this has become my main blog so I will also be posting other things too. :)

PLEASE NOTE: I support body positivity for ALL BODY TYPES. Though I personally have made the choice to slim down, this does not mean I support any type of body shaming.
